SUNDAY TEMPLE VISITS
On Sundays (and some public holidays), the Temple is open to visitors from 1:30 to 5 pm.
If you book your Sunday visit ahead, you can also make a reservation for lunch.

During this time you can walk on the Lerab Ling grounds but the temple will be closed.

GUIDED GROUP TOURS
You can book a guided group tour on weekdays, reservations are essential.
A tour lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours and includes a 20-minute film about the history of Lerab Ling. There will be time to ask questions.
Don’t forget to also book a delicious vegetarian lunch.
Lerab Ling is closed for all visitors from 3 November 2025 to 4 April 2026.

Lerab Ling offers an engaging experience for both families and schools to discover and enhance your knowledge of the Tibetan and Himalayan cultures.
Enjoy self-paced exploration with hands-on learning and fun tools, in our exceptional environment.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
School Field Trips
Educational programs with guided tours, age-appropriate workshops and activities.
ADMISSION TARIFFS
SUNDAY TEMPLE VISITS
We charge 9€ pp.
Reduction for low-income 6€.
No charge for children up to 14 years.
TUESDAY TO SATURDAY
Walk on the site and around the temple with an audio guide: 5€. TBC

Only on weekdays and upon reservation. Prices vary by number people in the group.
GROUPS WITH CHILDREN
Special prices for visit and lunch for groups of children and teenagers.
We accept cash and credit cards.

HAVE LUNCH WITH US
When you join an event or book a visit, you can also book a delicious lunch for 17€ pp (only on reservation).
We provide a health-conscious buffet with locally sourced, freshly prepared, vegetarian/partly vegan dishes, fruits and sometimes cake.
Coffee, tea or hot water are always free.
HELLO CYCLISTS
Lerab Ling is part of Accueil Vélo. We provide a designated parking area for bikes, battery recharge, a repair kit and a pump.

PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT
Lerab Ling is situated at 850 metres above sea level, with different weather compared to Lodève or Montpellier.
It can be cold and rainy all year-round, while summers can be hot, so bring appropriate clothing.
The temple and surrounding grounds are hilly with uneven terrain.
Private cars must remain in the car park unless special permission is granted.
ACCESSIBILITY
The Lerab Ling site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
If you have difficulty walking or use a wheelchair, please inform us upon arrival so we can grant special permission to use your vehicle.
On-site transportation is available by reservation only for groups and guided visits.
We are registered on Acceslibre.
STAY THE NIGHT
As a family or individual, you can sleep onsite at Lerab Ling the night before and/or after any event you attend.
BASIC LERAB LING GUIDELINES
To maintain the environment of serenity, we kindly request you to follow a few rules:
Certain areas are reserved for people who have come for an event. We request that those coming to visit the temple and its surroundings, remain within designated pathways.
Pets are allowed on site only when on a leash.
Smoking on site is forbidden, along with the use of alcohol or other drugs. However, there is a designated area for smoking near the car park.
Photos may be taken outside of the Temple, but not inside.
Please note that Lerab Ling and/or La Source cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings that might occur anywhere on the Lerab Ling site.
